New Farm Park

To "celebrate" July 4th, the girls & I took a CityCat...a very popular form of transportation...along the Brisbane River to a suburb called New Farm.

We found an amazing park, the New Farm Park Playground.   It has two of the largest fig trees I have ever seen, they are called Banyans.  They have an amazing root system that allows the kids to play amongst the roots and shimmy out on long branches.   The girls had a blast!
